the Grantors, in consideration of and other
good and valuable considerations, received from T. S. HINSHAW
and D~OTHY S. HINSHAW, his wife, the Grantees, whose mailing
address is 3444 Redwood Avenue, Titusville, Florida, hereby
on this llth day of November, 1968, convey to the Grantees the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcelz Block ~C, Lot #3, of
HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIT, a condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Records Book
168 at page 1348, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for
by the Condominium~ Act of the Statutes of
the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq.,
1965) said description in this conveyance
includes, but is not limited to, all appur-
' tenancea to the condaninium parcel above
described, including the limited common
elements assigned thereto, and including the
undivided interest in the common elements of :
said condaninium.
This deed is to create an estate by the en-
tireties under Section 689.11, Florida
_ Statutes, which is not homestead property.
and covenants that the property is free of all encumbrances
except that certain mortqage indebtedness in the original
principal amount of $4, 549.80 in favor of Holiday Out in
America at St. Lucie, Inc., and assigned to the Jensen Beach
Bank, of record in Book 172, page 2377, of the Official Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, that lawful seisin of and qood
right to convey that property are vested in the Grantors and
that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all per-
sons whomsoever.
