WHBR$AS, Holiday Out in An?erica at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~e "mortqaqor",
by indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and'for the County
of St. Lucie, State of FloriBa, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premiaes therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three 8undred Thoua~nd (5300,000) Dollars, .
with interest as therein menti0ned. ~
AND WHBRSAS, the said mortqaqor has requas t~d the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operatioa of
said mort~gaqe. '

NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of .
the payn?ent of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the•lien and operation of said ,
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that .
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more ~
