KNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRSSBNTS:
WEiSRSAS, Koliday Out in America ~t St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as fhe "mortgagor",
by Tndenture beArinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First Natfonal Sarik,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particulariy described, to secure
the payment of the swa of Three Aundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with intereat as therei~ mentioned.
AND WHSR$AS, the said nartqaqor has reque$ ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, befnq
part of said mortqaged prem~ses, from the lien and operat3on of
s~id mortqage. ~
NOW, THBREFORS, The said mortga~ee; in cdnsideration of
the payment of the swn of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dol2ars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remiser quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the ].ien and operation~of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
- certain portion of tlie premises conveyed by said mortgage, more ,

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and~every part thereof= provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained sha11 in anywise impair, alter or dimi~ish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
• the rights and remedigs of the holder thereof. ~
