Florida corporatfon, hereinafter referred to as the "nwrtgaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office ot the Clerk of the Circuit Court in anc~ for the County
oF St. Lucfe, State of Florida, iri Official Record Book 1~3, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the aum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,004) Dollara,
with interest ae therein mentioned,
AND WH$RSAS, the said nwrtgagor has requiested the s~'aid
mortqaqee to release the premisas hereinafter described, being
