WUBREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by indenture bea~rinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State o~ Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
JackBOnville, F2orida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the aum of Three Nundred Thousand (5300.000) Dollars,
with intereat as therein mentioned.
AND Tr7HSRSAS, the said mortqagor has reqves~ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
parL of said mortqaqed premfses, from the lfen and operation of
said mortgaqe.
NOW, THEREFORS, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the swn of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in ~
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the 1?en ari8 operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgagor, its suc^essors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more •
particularly described as follows: ~

appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the ~

unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from'the lien of said mortgaqe, •
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, aZter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
' the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. .
