WHSR$AS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~e "mortqaqor•,
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, a~nd recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and'for the County.
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe.
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,~
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee•, and
its assiqns, the premises therein partio~~~arly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (S300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. -
AND WBSRSAS, the said mortqaqor has requa~ ted the ~said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the iien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THSREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the•lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that ,
