WHBREAS, Holidny Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, herein~afte~c referred to as iha "nartqaqor" ,
by Indenture beaucinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court ia and tor the County
of St. Lucfe. 8tate of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, herefnafter referred to as "mortqaqee•, and
its assiqns, the premiaes therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the swn of Three 8undred Thousand (5300,000~ Dollara,
With interest as therein mentioned. -
AND W~RSAS, the said mortqaqor has rec~aated the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORS, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollara to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate a~nd discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said nartqaqe, more
particularly described as follows: '

and every part thereof= provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diaainish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqaqe on the-remaininq part .
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
