by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorde8 in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and !or the County
of St. Lucfe. State o~ Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqa '
2654, granted and conveyed tio Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
ita assiqns, the premises the~~in particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three 8undred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
vith intereat as therefn menytioned.

mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
