. RELEASB AND SATISFACTION
RNOW ALL MSN 8Y THBS$ PRES$NTS: -
WASRSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor",
by indenture he~rinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office ot the Clerk of the Circuit Court in aaa8 for the County
of St. Lucie, State oi Florida, in Official Record Book 1~3, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National 8ank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premiaes therein particularl.y described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($304,000) Dollars,
With interest as therein meritioned,
AND WA$REAS, the said mortgaqor has rec,juegted the said
mortgaqee ta-release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THERSFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it fn °
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqago=, its successors and assiqns, that p_
certain portion of ttie premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more ,
particularly described as follows: ~

unto the mortgaqor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof= provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or ditainish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqaqe on the remaininq part ~
of said mortqaqed premi$es, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
• the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN ~ITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 6th day of
