WHBRBAS, Holiday Out f.: America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~e "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the Couaty
of St. Lucfe, State of Florfda, in Otficial Record Sook 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, ~
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
fta asaiqns, the premises therqin particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with.intereet as therefn mentioned.
AND W8SR8AS, the said mortqaqor has reque~•ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premise~, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THERSFORE, The said mortqagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of-Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remiae, qui't-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgaqor, its successora and assigns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as fnllows:

unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqaqe,
and every part thereofj provided always, neverthelesa, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released th~refrom, or any of
' the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
