wH$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, inc., a
Florida corporation, herei~after referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, a~nd recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173,. paqe
2654, qranted and cAnveyed to Barnett First National Hank, ~
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand tS300,000) Dollara, .
with interest as therein mentioned. ~
- AND WH$RBAS, the said iaortqaqor has reques t63the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. '
NOW, THEREFORS, The said mortgagee, in consideration of .

hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the•lien and operation of said .

herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of '
