WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED Made this 9th day of April, A. D. 1969,
By HOWARD W. SAI~,'SON and HELEN D. SAt~II'SON, his wife, EI~RSON G.
SAI~SON and IRIS T. SAMPSON, his wife, and WILLIAM F. S~60N and
BONITA G. SAi~SON, his wife, hereinafter called tt~e grantors, to
