We, the undersigned, being the jaint venturers, benaficiaries,
and co-tenants, having heretofore execut@d a Declaration of Trust, said Dsc}.aration
of Trust recorded in the Public Fecords of St. Lucie Couaty~ Florida in OR Book 137,
Pages 469, 470, 471, 472, 473, 474, 475, 476, Qi77, and 478, do herebq declare the
Declaration of Trust terminated, and do further release Jerame A. Simons and
Donald L. Shephard, Trustees, from any obligations, duties, acts, aad,actions fram
the beginning of the world to the present date hereof; said laads aad real estate as
more particularly described in those certain warranty deeds recorded in the Public
