3. Neither party shall alter or change said party walls
in any manner, interior decoration ~xcepted, and said
party walls shall always remain in the same location
as when erected, and each party to said common wall _
shall have a perpetual easement in t~at part of the
premises of the other on which said party wall is
located, for party wall gurposes and lateral support.
4. The purchaser of any such single-family dwelling
structure shall have the right to t;ie full use of
said party wall subject to the provisions hereof.
