MINOR and C. PAULINE MINOR, his wife~ ~those mailinq ad- dress is P. O. Box 1705, Stuart, Florida 33494, hereinafter re- ~ ferred to as MINOR, W I T N S S S E T H, That : WHEREAS, GSNERAL is the fee o~tner of the N 1/2 of Government 7~ot 10 in land Section 15, Tov~tnship 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; and WH$REAS, John E. Mi.nor as grantee in that cprtain indenture re- corded June 3'0, 1954 in Deed Book 192 at Pages 2i1 and 212 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, acquired an Easement more particularly descriY~ed as follows: An Basement Thirty (30~ Feet in width for ingress, eqress and access over and across the South One Hundred Fifty (15Q~ Feet of the North Half (Nrl/2) of Government Lot Ten (10~, Section Fifteen (15), Township Thirty-seven (37~ South, Range Forty (40) East, St. Lucie County, Florida, AND; WHEREAS, MINOR has cauaed a road to be constructed, not exceed- inq thirty (30) feet in width, over, across and upon a portion of the South 150 feet of the N 1/2 of Government Lot 10, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; and W[~[LR~sAS, third partiea dealinq v~ith the record title to the South 150 feet of the N 1/2 of Government Lot 10, Section 15, To~anship 37 ~ South, Range 44 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, might be in doubt j as to the interest of MINOR therein. ~ ~ F ~ NOW, THBREFORE, in consideration of the premises as well as for qood and yaluahle considerations each i.n hand paid to the other, receipt of which is mutually acknowledged, GENERAL and MINOR agree as follo~rs: 1. The interest of MINOR in and to the South 15a feet of the N 1/2 of Government Lot 10, Section 15, To~rnship 3? South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, is limited to that certain road presently constructed thereon and not exceedinq thirty (30~ feet ~ - in width. i ~ 2.
