referred to herein, shall be conatructed ai~ GffidERAL'S sole expense
and the Westerly terminus thereof shall be such that it shall not
require any modification by MINOR of presently existinq driveway
access to MINOR'S property aforemeatfoned. ~
4. Simultaneously herewith, G$NSRAL has, by Warranty
Deed, conveyed to MINOR Parcel No. 2 as depicted and described
in attached Exhibit "A". It is the intention of the parties here-
to that the portion of MINOR'S Sasement referred to above, lyinq
within said Parcel No. 2 shall merqe with the fee simple interest
acquired by MINOR in said Parcel No. 2.
5. This aqreement shall be binding upor. the parties here-
to and their respective heirs, personal representatives, succes-
sors and assiqns.
