RespBndent as the person to whom process against it served upon said
Insurance Commissioner was to be forwarded. ~
2. Due to the foregoing, the Court finds that Respondent was
~ not afforded sufficient legal notice to appear and offer any evidence which
it ma~y have had in opposition to Relator's Petition for the appointment
of a Receiver in ~the State of florida. .
3. Section 631.071, Florida Statutes, authorizes the Ipsurance
~Commissioner to apply to the Court_ for an Order appointing him as Receiver-
_ or Anci l lary Recei ver, and di recti ng hi m to conserve _the_ assets wi thi n thi s ~
~ State of a'foreign insurer_ on_. the_ ~grounds_ that it is impaired or insolvent;-

- 4. Sufficient grounds for the appointment of a Receiver in the ,

of COMMUNITY NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE C01~14NY, an Oklahoma corporation
authorized to conduct an insurance business in the State of Florida.
' 7he Temporary Emergency Receiver is authorized and directed to: ~
' (a) Take immediate possession of all the property, assets and
