the relator as receiver pendinq adjudication of this action
on its merits. The court was further fully advised in the
premises, and accordingly it is ordered and aajuagea as follaws:
- 1) Respondent's motion to dismiss is denied and
respondent is allowed twenty (20) days from this date,
April 4, 1969, in which to file its an~wer to the petition.
2) Broward Williams, State Treasurer and ex officio
Insurance Comnnissioner of the State of Florida, is hereby
appointed receiver of State Fire an8 Casualty Company, re-
apondent, a Florida corporation authorized to transact an
insurance business in the State of Florida, and said receiver
is directed to conserve the assets of and to proceed to .

rehabilitate State Fire and Casualty Cadpany, gursuant to
. tYie provisions of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes.
3) T'he Receiver is authorized and airected to:
(a) Conduct the business of State Fire an8 Casualty
Company and to take such steps toward removal of the caases ~
and conditions which have made rehabilitation necessary as ~
the court may direct.
(b) Take imnediate possession of all the property,
assets, and estate, including, but not limited to, all ~

~ offices maintained by the Respondent, and all right of
~ action, books, papers, evidence of debt, and all other pro-
