Reapondent shall be kept by the Receiver in Dade County,
Florida, pendinq furt?ier order of the court, and auch re-
corda shall be made available to counael of recoz~d for tY~e
- Respondent to prepare hia defense herein.
(c) Proceed to~collect any and all debts due
and owinq Respondent, includinq, but not limited to funds ~
held by aqents of the Respondent under aqeney contracts
due and awing to Respondent.
(d) Apply to the court for further instructions
in the discharge of his duties. .
(e) Cam~ence and maintain all legal actions ne-
cessary for the conduct of this Receivership.
(f) From any funds of Respondent available to
the Receiver, the Receiver shall pay the followinq fortlz-
with: $2,825.68 to employees of Respondent for salariea
for the week ending April 4, 1969s the sum of $500.00 to
the Honorable Byrd V. Duke, Jr., attorney for Respondent,
for court and investigative costs expended in defense of
Respondent, said attorney to account to the court for all
such expenditures.
4) That title to all property, real and personal,
! all contracts, rights of action an8 all of the books and
~ recorc7s of the Respondent are vested in the Receiver where-
soever located within or without tY~is State.
5) All persons within tY~e jurisdiction of this
court w'ho have in their possession, custody or control, ~
asseta-:of the Respondent of any kind whatsQever and where-
