Whereas, FRBD R. WIGGINS, JR. and -G*_~1DYS T. WIGGINS, his
wife, the owners of the above described real property have executed
a mortgage in favor of St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida,
bearing date the /S~day of April, 1969, in the amount of~$3,500.00
encumbering the aforedescribed property, and
Whereas, it is necessary that the aforedescribed mortqage of
the St. Lucie County Bank, recorded in Official Record Book ~

Therefore, ESTEY MYRTLE WIGGINS, for and in consideration of ,
the swn of $10.00, in hand to her paid, and other valuable con-

~ siderations, hereby agrees that the lien and operation of the First
Mortgage which she holds mentioned above is now by virtue of this
agreement subordinated to the lien and operation of the mortgage
mentioned above now held by the St. Lucie County Bank, the effect
of this agreement being to n~ake the mortgage held by ESTEY MYRTL$
WIGGINS, a second mortgage on said property and the mortgage mentioned
above held by St. Lucie County Bank a first mortgage on said property.
