THIS DSED, made this llth day of February, 1969, by
ST. LUCIS COZA~tTYt FLORIDA, party of the first part, and the TRUSTEES
OF TI~ INTERNAL IMPROVEM$NT FUND of the STATS OF FLORIDA, whose mail-
ing add~ess is Tallahassee, Florida, party of the second part.
WITNSSSSTH: That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the
party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, forever, the following described land,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
