THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~~-day of April, A. D. 1969,
by G. E. STEPHENSON and VIRGINIA F~ STEPHENSON, his wife, herein-
after called the grantors, to ROBERT FENDER and SARAH E~ FENDER,'
his wife, whose post office address is c/o

Fort Pierce, Florida , hereinafter called the grantees;
WITNESSETH: That the grantors , for and in condideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release and
