withaut notice or demand, or in case of default in the performance of aqy of the
other terms or provisiona of this Note or of the purchase money mortgage securirig
the payment af this debt. and said default continuing for a period of 30 d~ys after
written notice thereof, said principal sum or so much thereof as shall remain
uapaid with all interest thereon, shall at the optioa of the Fort Pierce Airways,
Inc. become due and payable immediately.
Time ie of the essence hereof. Yn the event it should become necessary
to employ counsel to collect or enforce this Note, or to protect the security

hereof, we agree to pay to the extent permitted by applicable laws, all costa~
charges, disbursementa, and reasonable attoraeys' fees incurred by the Fort `
Pierce Airways, Iac. in collectiag or enforcing payment thereof or in pro-
tecting the security. '

As to this Note, and the purchase money mortgage securing its paymeat,
the undersigned and the endorsers, if any, to the extent permitted by applicable
lawa, severally waive all applicable exemption rights, whether under the State
Constitution, Homeatead laws, or otherwise, and do hereby jointly and severally ~

appoint the holder of this Note the attorney-in-fact for us and each of them to ~
claim any and all Homestead exemptions allowed by law, and also severally '
'j waive valuation and appraisement laws, presentment, protest aad demand,

`k and notice of protest, demand, dishonor and nonpayment of this Note, and

4 expresaly agree that the maturity of this Note, or aay payment hereunder, f

may be extended or modified from time to time without in;,any way affecting ~
our liability or the liability of the endorsers. ~
This Note is secured by a purchase money mortgage upon certain real
estate located in St. Lucie Caunty, State of Florida aad this Note ia to be
construed according to the laws of this State.
