Before me, the undersiqned'authority, duly suthorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally ap-
peared ~NRY IQ.EIN, who, after being by me first duly aworn,
upon oath says: That my name is AENRY Ia,EIN; that affiant is
well acquainted with FRED A. HI$BSR and FLORENC$ E. BIEBER,
the Grantees in a certain Warranty Deed dated May 8, 1957,
and recorded July 8, 1957 in Deed Book 229 at paqe 413 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that he knows that FRED A. HIEBER
and FLORENCE E. HI$BSR were husband and wife on May 8, 1957,
and have been at all times since that date.
Affiant states nothing further.
