In Re: Lots 13, 16, 17, 22 and 24, Block 3, TROPICAL BBAC~ SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
paqe 9, public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, lesa
and excepting the Southerly two feet of said lot 22, which
was conveyed to LBWIS RYAN, JR. and MARION PARK RYAN, his
wife, in deed recorded in Deed Book 218, at page 503 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Before me, an officer duly authorized to administer oaths
and to take acknowledqments, personally appeared DOROTHY K. SHORT,
who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath says: That my
name is DOROTSY K. SHORT; that affiant was the wife of DELOS B.
SHORT on October 24, 1955, and at all times continuously from that
date through the date of death of DELOS B. SHORT, April 10, 1960.
