DOUGLAS E. MULLINS and EDITH G. MULLINS, his wife, hereinafter ,
referred to as the First Parties hereby grant unto STAR CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY OF FT. PT$RC$~ INC., hereinafter referred to as Second Party,
Rt. 1, Box 866, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, an easetnent for egress
and ingress from Orange Avenue to a parcel of land conveyed by
First Parties to Second Party by a Warranty Deed bearing this date;

said easement to encompass the following described property, to-wit:
From the center of Section 12, Township 35 South, 1

LBSS AND EXCEPTING T~BREFROM the right of way for
Orange Avenue.
It being specifically understood by the Parties hereto that -
the easement granted to Second Party herein is not an exclusive
easement and the property it traverses will be used by others,

including First Parties, their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the First Parties have executed this ease-
ment in accordance with law, and by the acceptance thereof, Second
Party agrees to the terms thereof.
