hereby grant, barqain, sell, assiqn, transfer and set over unto the said pnrties
of the second part all her right, title and interest in and to tha?t certain Con-
tract of Sale and Agreement for Deecl dnted January 17, 1962, recorded January 18,
1962 in Official laecord Book 27, pnge 613, fraa W. J. Piawaty and wife, parties
of the first part therein, in favor of Gertrude Strick2and and L. M. Strickland,
her husband, With respect to the follawing describe3 piece or parcel of land and
the improvements thereon, in the County of St. Iuc=~ and the State of Florida.

according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 10, page 4 of the Public Iiecords of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the parties of the second part hereof, by the acceptance of this Assignment,

the te~ of the aforesaid Aqreement for Deed.
