THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 3rd day of April
1969 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE: and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Adolph Schaller and Ida Schaller, his

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. r
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant w}th said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; ~h~` they h~v~•good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; tha~ -.t~i~~'lhere}iy fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.

division plat.
