This tNDENTURE made this ~_day of April, 1969, between
Adrian Burns, Widawer, General Delivery, Bledsoe, Harlan County, Kentucky,
Party of the First Part, and Cawood Smith of Harlan, Harlan County,
Kentucky, Party of the Second Part;
WtTNESSETH: That the said Party of the F~'irst Part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, to him in `
hand paid, by the said Party of the SecaRd Part, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Party
of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain land
situate in St. Luicie County, Ftorida, viz:
"Lot 6, Block 4, in Surfside Harbor Subdivision as per
plat on file in Plat Book 10, Page 68, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. " '
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TQ HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the Party of: the F~rst Part hereby covenants with said Party ~

of the Second: Part that he is lawfully seized of said Iand in fee simple; ~
that he has goed right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
• he hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is
