described from a certain lfen arising out of that certain contract

dated February 20, 19~9, by and between North 8esch Water Company,
a Florida corporatfon, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245~ Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497. of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company sgreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property.
