MORTGAGE DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~day of January, 1969,
by and between HOLIDAY 4UT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a
Florida corporation, herein called "Mortgagor", and DALE A.
TSAGUS, of Blount Professional Building, Knoxville, Tennessee,
herein called "Mortgagee",
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said Mortgaqor, for and in consider~tion of
the swn of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations, to it
in hand paid by the said Mortgaqee, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknow3~3ged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said Mortqaqee, his heirs and assigns forever, the followinq
described land, situate, lying and beinq in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: ,
BEING the lots described below which compose part
of a Recreational Campsite Condominiwa Subdivision
in Sections T and II, as described in Official
Record Book 167, paqe 223S, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, such lots being shown on
n~: i.suwas the plat entitled "Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc."
e~ ~~o~?r ~ dated August 31st, 1967, with it beinq distinctly
a~n~ ~47 understood that this mortgaqe shall apply ~to the
,~aa e.~. ~ following described lots in said subdi~?is~on, to-wit:
Block D, Lot 1
B3ock K, Lots 1, 35, and 37
Block G, Lot 30,31
And the said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said Mortgagor, its successors
and assigns, shall pay to the said Mortqagee, his legal representa-
tives, heirs or assiqns, a certain promissory note, recorded
4fficial Records Book 169, Page 1695, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
copy of which is also attached hereto, and shall perform and comply
with each and every stipulation, agreement and covenant of said
note and of this mortqaqe, then this mortqage and the estate hereby
created shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain in full
force and virtue. And the said Mortgagor covenants to pay the
interest and principal promptly when due, and to pay the taxes
