Should any of the above covenants be broken, then
said note and all monies secured hereby shall, after ten (10)
days written notice, if the Mortqagee, his legal~representatives or
assigns, so elect, at once become due and payable and the mortqaqe
be foreclosed, and all costs and expenses of collection of said
monies with or without suit, including a reasonable fee for
the Mortgaqee's attorney, shall be paid by Mortgagor, and the
~ame are hereby secured; save and except the Mortgaqor reserves
a thirt,y (30) day grace period for making the principal payments
and interest payments provided in said note. Such written
notice may be given thirty (30) days prior to the date the
performance is due or at any time thereafter by mailing the same
to the Mortgagor at 802 Central Avenue,S.E.,Rnoxville,Tennessee,
37902.
This is a purchase money mortgaqe.
