THIS DEED, Made and entered into April 1969, between ~
ROBERT W. PADRICK, the duly constituted and appointed administrator ~
of the estate of NORMA J. PADRICK (also known as Norma E. Padrick)
deceased, late ~f said countp, as party of the first part, and
FRANK W. RACE and DOROTHEA E. RACE, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
whose mailing address is: 1103 Mayflower Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH- That on April 11, 1969, upon the amended petition
of the party of the first part, the Hanorable Jack L. Rogers, County
Judge, in and for said cvunty, granted to party of the first part
leave to sell the lands of the said Norma J. Padrick (also knawn as
No~na E. Padrick), deceased, for the purpose of paying debts of the
estate and to preserve the remaining assets of the estate; that said
amended order suthorized the sale to be made for cash and the here-
inafter described property was sold to parties of the second part ;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and in further
consideration of the swn of NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS purchase money paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of this deed, receipt of which
is herebq acknowledged, the partq of the first part has sold and
conveyed and does hereby sell and convey unto the said FRANK W.
RACE and DOROTHEA E. RACE, their heirs and assigns, all that tract
