That I, HELSN L- ROBINSON, a single adult, first party, in con-
sideration of the sum of $10.00 and ather valuable consideration,
received from or on behalf of HORAC$ E. THORMAA, 1008 Osceola Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, second party, at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the
said second party a certain mortgage bearing date the 19th dap of
December, 1961, made by HAROLD N. SANDERS and BILLIE J. SANDFRS, his
xife, in favor of HELEN ~s. ROBINSON, a single adult, and recorded in
0. R. Book 25, page 513, public records, St. Lucie County, Florida,
upon the folloxing described piece or parcel of land, situate and being
in said County and State, to-xit:
Lot 5 and South 27~ feet of Lot 6 of a Re-Subdivision of the
W~ of Block 1, oz' a Re-Subdivision of FAIRIrIIOUR PARK, according
to plat of said Re-Subdivision recorded in Plat Book at page
of the public records of St. Lucie Countp, Florida.
SAID MORTGAGE BEING A S~COND 1KORTGAGE, and ~unior only to first
mortgage held bp Herman G. Ludxig and Bessie Ludxig, his rife,
dated December 19, 1961.
Together Mith the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the
moneqs due and to become due thereon, Mith interest from due date.
TO HAVF AND TO HOiLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
his heira, legal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
