THIS QUITCLAIM DS$D, Executed this ~5"~ day of April, 1969,
by ~ ST. LUCIE C0~1TY, FLORIDA, first party, to SYBIL L$VITA CiA,VSR-
HOUSS, GEORG$ H. CLA,VSRFiOUSE, JR. , and JOHN BRADFORD CLA,VSR~i0US8,
whose post office address is P. O. Box 1388, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, second parties:
W~REAS, Eugene H. Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deed
dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78, at page 571,
conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of way purposes
only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter described
lands in said County, and
WHERSAS, said County has not used said lands for the construc-
tion or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are
owned by SYBIL I.BVITA CtA.VSRHOUSS, GEORGE H. CiA.VERBOUSE~ JR. and
JOffid BRADFORD CiA,VSRHOUSE, who have made written demand that said
rights of way be returned to them by quitclaim deed under the pro-
visions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1967. .
~ WITNESSETA, That the said first party, pursuant to the provi-
sions of said Chapter 67-383, does hereby remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said second parties forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to
the following described lands in the County of St. Lncie, State of
Florida, to-wit:
1. The East 30 feet of Sections 1, 12, 13, 24; and
the East 30 feet of the North 3/4 of Section 25;
all being in Township 34 South, Range 38 East.
~ 2. The West 30 feet of Sections 6, 7, 18, 19; and ~
the West 30 feet of the North 3/4 of Section 30;
all being in Township 34 South, Range 39 East.
3. The South 25 feet of the N~ of the North and
the North 25 feet of the S~ of the N~; and the
South 25 feet of the N~ of the South and the
North 25 feet of the S~ of the S~ of Sections 6
and 7; Township 34 South, Range 39 East.
