a partnership composed of O. R. MINTON, SHIRL$Y ANN MINTQN, BSSSI$
W. MINTON and EDWIN J. MINTON, whose post office address is P. O.
Drawer 760, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, second parties:
WHEREAS, Sugene H. Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deed
"~dated March 26, 1928 and recarded in Deed Book 78, at page 571,

conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of way purposes
only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter described
land in said County, and _
WI~REAS, said County has not used said land for the construc-
tion or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoivng]ands are
owned by TRIP'LE M GROVSS, a partnership composed of O. R. MINTON~
SHIRLEY ANN MINTONt BESSIE W. MINTON and ED~WIN J. MINTON, who have
made written demand that said right of way be returned to them by
quitclaim deed under the provisions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of
~ Florida, Acts of 1967.

WITNESSETH, That the said first party, pursuant to the provi-
sions of said Chapter 67-383, does hereby remise, release and quit-

claim unto the said second parties forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and
to the following described land in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, to-wit:
