REL£ASE AND SATISFACTION

KNOW ALL MSN BY THES~ PRESENTS: ~
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~he "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Flcrida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reques ted the said
mortgagee to relea~e the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of ;
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more
particular?y described as follows:

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which ~
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances; ~
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, ;
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the reiaaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 21st day of ~
