RELEASE AND SATTSFACTION ~ ;
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PI'wSENTS : .

WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
26S4, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the pren~ises t2~erein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300.000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
. mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that '
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more .
particu2arly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, i
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing i
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part ~
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be signed.at Jacksonville on this 18th day of
