RELEASE AND SATISFACTION t
KNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRESENTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in a~nd~ for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. ~
AND WHERBAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter de$cribed, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. '
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in ~
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit- r•
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that ,
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows: • ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, !
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqaqe, ~ f
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part ' `
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ~i
~ the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. ~
