RELSASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THSSB PRSSENTSs
WHERSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgagor",
by Indenture bearinq date o£ September 26, 1968, and recorded fn
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
,2656, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqagee", and
its assiqns, the premises tfierein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the swn of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Do2lars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERBAS, the said mortgagor has reque~ ted the said i
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter describ~d, beinq
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operatfon of
said mortqage. "
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment oF the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- r
claim, exonerate and discharge from the•lien and operation of said .
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more ~

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqaqe, . ~
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ~
herein contained shall in anywise i.mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
. of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of tt}e holder thereof. ~
