RNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRSS$NTSs
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor',
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
oF St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
,2654, qranted and conveyed to Ba:aett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thou~and ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentior.;:d. ~
AND WH$RBAS, the said mortqaqor has reyues•ted the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. '
NOW, THEREFORE, The said zcc+rtqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is ~~knowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the•lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said inortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that -
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more ~
particularly described as follows: .

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe, •
and every part thereof= provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the efEect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of 3'
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. . -
