RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the oEfice of the Clerk of the Circuit Covrt in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State ot Florida, in Official Recorc} Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Sank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter re£erred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularZy described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSREAS, the said mortgagor has reque~ ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, TH$REFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said `
mortqaqe unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more
particularly described as follows: -

y~o~Y appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
R a onnr 841 said Clerk' s Of f ice in Plat Book 14 , page 44 , to which

description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part !
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ~
the riqhts and'remedies of the holder thereof. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this~
