RELEASE AND SATISFACTIOAI
KNOW ALL MEN BY THRST PRESENTS:
WH$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", '
by Indenture bearinq date of September 2b, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Luci~, State of Florida, in Official Record Sook 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to 8arnett First National 8ank,
Jacksonvil~a, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has reques.tedthe said
mortqaqee to rel+aase the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of•Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in =
hand paid, ~he receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe u,:to the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more
particularly described as follows: •

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, page 44, to which

description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO IiOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof;.provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diuninish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 14th day of
r^ebruary , 1969.
