19. The lien of this mortgage is subject and i-nferior to the lien of .
that certain mortgagec~ven by the mortgagors herein to St. Lucie County
Bank, as Trustee, dated December 29, 1967, and filed in Official Records
Book 169, at page 2553, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flor-
ida, insofar as any of the lands above described are now encumbered by ,
; said mortgage. The lien of this mortgage shall not be inferior as to
f any lands which have been released from the lien of the mortgage held
~ by St. Lucie County Bank, as Trustee. A default in said first mortgage
~ shall constitute a default in this mortgage.

~ mortgagee a survey prepared by James L. Beindorf & Associates, Consultinq
~ Engineers, of the lands described on the face hereof. In the event the

amended in order that the lien of the mortgage encompass all of the lands
as shown on the survey. In the event mortgagors do not execute such an
