RELEASL AND SATISFACTION

RNOW ALL MSN BY THSST PRESBNTS: '
WH$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
- the office of the Clerk of the Circuit ~ourt in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqagee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortqaqor has rec~ues-ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. _
NOW, THBREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the pay~snt of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- _
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more .
particularly described as follows:

exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqage, ~

herein contained shall in anywise i.mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part ~
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ;
