KNOW ALL MBN BY THESS PRESENTS:
WHERSAS, Iioliday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a .
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the aum of Three Hundred-Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHBR$AS, the-said mortqaqor has reques ted the said
. mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the-~ien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that t
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said nwrtgage, more .
particularly described as follows: ~
Lot (s) 33 , Block M HOLIDAY OUT IN
AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., SECTION B, as the same
~ appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO AAVS AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien.or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
