said East right of way 950.55 feet to the point of beginning;
from said point of beginning continue along said Sast right
of ivay a distance of 125 feet; thence turn and at right angles
to said fiast right of way run northeasterly a distance of 160 .
feet; thence turn and run Northwesterly parallel with said East
right of way a distance of 125 feet; thence turn and run South-
westerly 160 feet to the point of beginning.
