peared WILLIAM H. TYLANDBR, who, being duly sworn, says
that he is the President of Tylander Lumber Company, the
lienor herein, and as such is authorized to make this Claim
of Lien; the address of the lienor is 3103 Oleander Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida and that in pursuance of a contract
with Morgan Raulerson, lienor furnished materials consist-

ing of lumber, millwork and miscellaneous•building materials ~
on the following described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida: }
Lots 20, 21 and 22, Block 3 of the TROPICS
SUBDNISION as per plat thereof on file in °
Plat Book 6 at Page 21 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ,

and the materials furnished are owned by Tylander Lumber
~ Company and are of a total value of Nir.e Hundred Sixteen

~ and 29/100 Dollars ($916.-29), of which there remains unpaid

lienor furnished the first of said materials on October 15,
1968, and the last of said materials on January 27, 1969;
