Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~G,.t~ ~~~~t,RT~
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, ~t Yl ~rI
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and ~
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure ~
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.

AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
~the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in +
_ h~tt~-'paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more - _
particularly described as follows:

place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or ahy of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 14th day of
