( which is west of and adjoins the west boundary of the above described property,
such former alley having been vacated and abandoned by Ordinance No. C-2?2 of
the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, recorded on May 13, 1964 in Official Records
Book 89, pag e 94 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
